Cello - Your instrument, your expression

When drawing portraits, I am fascinated by the challenge of capturing a person's unique facial expression and bringing it to life in the eyes of the viewer.

In designing concert flyers, I can merge my passion for music with my love for visual expression – a combination I find truly inspiring.

Unlike portrait drawing, where I usually have a clear image in mind from the very beginning, abstract acrylic painting with a palette knife (often using old train cards! ;-)) unfolds spontaneously in the moment – like an improvisation.

The style I use when painting for children is perhaps the one I have practiced the longest. As a child, I was fascinated by drawing cartoon-like characters – a joy that continues to resonate in my work today.

In designing logos and covers, I am fascinated by the opportunity to harmonize essence and expression: they should convey the core message clearly while inspiring curiosity and engagement through their design.
